What Makes A Typical Club Member?

Accreditation

You are (or you represent) an accredited, sophisticated, successful person, trust or family office. You are familiar with these investment types.

Deployment of Capital

Pre-Seed, Super-Seed, Series A

You are comfortable with the idea of smaller-sized pre-seed, seed, super seed or even Series A rounds and in which your investment is not in a controlling, but minority share.

Frequency of Activity

Frequency of Activity

It is expected that members will receive investment opportunities within the Club at least monthly, and with absolutely no obligation of any nature to participate. You opt in at your sole discretion.
